It is impossible to create a mixer map which includes all of the available settings simultaneously.
So I had to seperate the available settings into 5 different mixer maps:
- 4 nearly identical mixer maps offer access to the 16 input channels:
Each of them varies all available settings of 4 channels (01-04, 05-08, 09-12 and 13-16).
(goto: Channel mixer maps)
- The fifth mixer map offers access to the settings of the 16 busses (Solo L/R, Aux 1/2, Effect 1/2, Group 1-8
and Master L/R). Additionally this mixer map includes all available settings for Dig Out B, Ex. Bus I/O settings
and Recall controls for stored Master, Effect 1 and Effect 2 settings.

I. These mixer maps require special MIDI settings of the Korg 168 RC !
Further information you'll find at my page
Install mixer maps.
II. Some settings of the Korg 168 RC cannot be controlled via MIDI data:
- You can't store any Master, Effect or EQ set-up
- You can't remote the basic MIDI set-up or settings of the synchronization set-up
- The 8 input gain controls of the analogue inputs are not remotable
You need to adjust these settings manually at your Korg 168 RC !
III. You cannot remote the 'Monitor section' !
I've tried to include these settings in my mixer maps as well, but unfortunately I didn't succeed:
All my tries to remote the 'Monitor section' finished in a complete system crash -
after my Korg 168 RC didn't work any longer and I had to 'reanimate' it with the help of Korg !
Therefore I decided to exclude these settings in my mixer maps - it's really to dangerous !

These 5 mixer maps require:
- A Korg 168 RC Soundlink
- A MIDI cable from MIDI-Out of your PC to MIDI-In of the Korg 168 RC
- The program Steinberg Cubase VST 5.x or Cubase SX 3
- A screen resolution of at least 1024*768 pixels
Important note: These mixer maps don't work with Cubase VST versions earlier than 5.0
(like VST 3.7), also you can't use them with Cubase SX 1 or 2!

It is strongly recommended that you read my installation manual and strictly follow the instructions 'as they are'
- otherwise the mixer maps won't work !
